Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree
  • Have 2-3 years in the digital marketing space managing paid social campaigns, preferably at an agency
  • Have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics
  • Recognize the importance of being engaged in your work and keeping your clients engaged as well
  • Be responsive and meet requested deadlines
  • Have a positive attitude and a strong internal motivation to get the job done and done well

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our clients’ paid social media programs including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn
  • Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports reflecting campaign progress and optimizations
  • Perform in-depth analyses on client programs – identifying shortcomings and areas for growth as well as successful trends and competitive evaluations
  • Ideate ad content, copy, and creative to highlight our clients’ products and services
  • Leverage industry insight, creativity, and relationship-building to bring new and innovative strategies and opportunities to the table
  • Lead weekly client calls to share progress and updates
  • Support the sales team with identifying opportunities relating to prospective clients
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the industry and be well versed in speaking about trends and initiatives
