Summary
Join B-Stock's marketing team as a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Specialist. You will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing online communities, and executing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement. This role requires strong B2B experience and exceptional copywriting skills. You will collaborate with internal teams and use data to optimize performance. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, or Social Media Marketing
- 2+ years of experience creating content and managing campaigns on social media (earned and paid)
- Strong B2B experience, including working with both enterprise and SMB audiences
- Exceptional copywriting skills with a talent for creating engaging and educational content
- Proficiency in social media monitoring tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social) and analytics dashboards
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles, SEO, and paid advertising
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Help develop and implement a detailed social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and target audience needs
- Create and share engaging, on-brand content (posts, videos, images) across LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and other platforms
- Manage social media communities by monitoring channels, responding to customer inquiries promptly via comments, messages or mentions, and fostering positive interactions with followers. This will include collaborating with our internal teams, such as Customer Experience, Business Development, and others
- Use social media monitoring tools to track industry trends, competitor activity, and relevant conversations to identify opportunities and issues
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid ads and influencer collaborations, to achieve lead generation and sales goals
- Regularly analyze KPIs such as reach, engagement, and conversions, using data to refine strategies and improve performance
- Stay informed on the latest social media platform features and trends, adjusting strategies for optimization
