Summary

Join our growing legal team as a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal, reporting to the General Counsel. You will support a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, managing contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory filings. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing outside counsel, maintaining legal files, conducting legal research, and preparing materials for executive meetings. The ideal candidate will have experience in a law firm or in-house legal department, strong legal knowledge, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant legal experience, ideally including time spent in a law firm setting
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, document management, and contract lifecycle management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the legal team in managing contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory filings
  • Draft, review, and organize various legal documents including NDAs, MSAs, BAAs, and partnership agreements
  • Assist in managing outside counsel and coordinating legal matters with internal stakeholders across departments
  • Maintain and organize the company’s legal files, contract database, and tracking systems
  • Conduct legal research and summarize key findings related to healthcare, education law, privacy, and telehealth regulations
  • Prepare materials for Board and executive-level meetings as needed
  • Support state and federal licensing efforts for telehealth operations in coordination with compliance and operations teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, education law, or highly regulated industries preferred
  • Passion for mental health access and education is a plus
