Summary
Join Loop as a Partner Development Associate and play a crucial role in developing and supporting our partner ecosystem. You will be responsible for sourcing, qualifying, and growing relationships with logistics and agency partners, connecting them with merchants needing their services. This role involves outbound prospecting, managing a partner portfolio, and optimizing merchant introductions. You will need to be a self-starter, quick learner, and possess strong communication and analytical skills. The position offers a competitive salary, commission, and comprehensive benefits package. Work can be done remotely or in our Columbus, Ohio office.
Requirements
- 1+ years of marketing, sales, or partnerships experience
- Proven ability to hunt leads, outbound and proactively engage external stakeholders
- You’re a phenomenal communicator and have created exceptional partnerships with your internal partners, quickly becoming one of their favorite people to work with
- You have strong troubleshooting and analytical skills combined with the desire to tackle challenges head-on
- Experience using sales and partnership tools, preferably Hubspot & Crossbeam
- You have a results-driven mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet and exceed quotas
- You know the kind of team you thrive on, and can speak of the best teams you’ve been a part of and what made them so great
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound partners, onboard and provide them with basic enablement, and grow and route them when relevant to Partner Managers
- Own the outbounding process to source net new logistics and agency partner relationships
- Manage a high volume portfolio of partners and engage and enable them in a 1:many approach to generate referrals from them
- Lead & optimize the process of sending merchant introductions to our partners by working closely with GTM teams to help source, qualify and introduce opportunities
- Become a subject matter expert on Loop’s partner ecosystem and the reverse logistics industry
