Summary

Practice Better, a leading all-in-one practice management software solution, is seeking to hire another Partner Manager to expand their partnership program. The candidate must have 4+ years of experience developing partnerships or alliances, particularly with larger technology partners, and be able to manage every part of the partner lifecycle. The role is remote/hybrid/flexible and reports to the Head of Partnerships.

Requirements

• Have 4+ years of experience developing partnerships or alliances, particularly with larger technology partners
• Be a relationship builder with the ability to navigate large organizations and influence decision-makers
• Have a deep understanding of SaaS partner ecosystems and experience in developing mutually beneficial outcomes
• Have product and marketing savviness, technical knowledge, and be a cross-functional team player
• Be data driven and have a growth mindset
• Be an excellent communicator

Responsibilities

Manage every part of the partner lifecycle, end to end, from outreach, relationship building, creating a strategic plan, and delivering on joint initiatives
