Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and how to drive revenue through indirect sales channels
  • Proven experience in creating and delivering impactful training and enablement programs
  • Experience launching new technology partnerships in market
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and improvements
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for partner meetings and events

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a partner enablement strategy that enhances partner performance and drives measurable revenue growth
  • Design and deliver training programs that educate partners on product features, positioning, and best practices for selling and supporting Kustomer’s solutions
  • Create and manage enablement content, such as playbooks, sales collateral, and competitive analysis, to ensure partners have the tools they need to succeed
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partner enablement initiatives
  • Organize regular webinars, workshops, and certification programs to keep partners up-to-date on new features, industry trends, and best practices
  • Build strong relationships with partners, serving as their trusted advisor for sales enablement and strategic marketing support
  • Support new integration partner launches leading the launch timeline and initiatives ensuring marketing and partner deadlines are met
  • Manage and execute in-person partner events alongside Partner Managers
  • Work closely with the partner leader and partner managers to ensure that enablement and GTM initiatives are aligned with overall partner strategy
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and the needs of our partners to continuously improve enablement efforts
