Summary

Join Ondo Finance, a leading blockchain-enabled investment firm, as their Partner Marketing Lead. You will be the primary marketing contact for executing go-to-market strategies and co-marketing initiatives with partners across the Ondo ecosystem. Responsibilities include identifying and launching co-marketing campaigns, supporting sales teams with enablement materials, crafting partner marketing content (social media, blogs, AMAs, etc.), and creating a partner engagement playbook. You will also measure and report on the success of these initiatives. This role requires 5+ years of experience in partner marketing and a deep understanding of blockchain, web3, DeFi, and financial services. Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, growth marketing, and experience with blockchain/web3 and/or financial services
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain, web3, DeFi, financial services, and growth marketing
  • Marketing: Experience planning and executing successful marketing campaigns and growth marketing tactics
  • Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally to drive GTM execution with internal and external teams
  • Adaptable: Can manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment and establish structure and processes that scale
  • Partial (5hr) daily overlap with EST — typically this means you're located in the Americas unless you're willing to work unusual hours

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary marketing contact for the GTM execution and ongoing co-marketing with Ondo’s new and existing partners
  • Identify and launch co-marketing campaigns that support awareness and adoption of Ondo’s products within the ecosystems of other blockchain and fintech companies
  • Support the partnerships and sales teams with sales enablement materials, and collaborate on our product messaging and positioning with each partner
  • Craft and manage partner marketing content, including social media, blogs, AMAs, educational resources, case studies
  • Create a playbook and strategy for how we engage with partners from launch and beyond with ongoing co-marketing initiatives
  • Measure and report the performance and success of our co-marketing initiatives
