Summary

Join Aptos as a Partner Marketing Manager for APAC to lead marketing efforts related to partnerships within the region, driving growth through strategic marketing collaborations with key partners.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, business development, or a related field, preferably within the Web3 or technology sectors
  • Proven experience in developing and managing successful marketing partnerships that drive business growth
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse partners across the APAC region
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in English language (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in other languages is an asset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is an asset
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms is an asset
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required
  • Certifications such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant marketing certifications are an asset

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive partner marketing strategy for APAC, aligned with global objectives
  • Building and managing strategic marketing partnerships with key players across the region to drive mutual growth
  • Collaborating with partners to co-create and execute marketing campaigns that leverage Aptos Labs’ strengths and drive adoption
  • Coordinating joint events, content, and promotional activities with partners to maximize impact and ROI
  • Tracking and reporting on the performance of partner marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Managing relationships with KOLs tied to partnerships, ensuring alignment with partner objectives
  • Working closely with the GTM Lead to integrate partner marketing activities into broader GTM strategies
