Join Dynatrace as a Lead Partner Marketing Manager to play a critical role in integrating technology alliances into our Partner Marketing program, working closely with the Technology Alliances team to prioritize and nurture key partnerships.

Requirements

  • Experience in partner marketing at enterprise technology companies
  • Proven track record developing and executing successful partner marketing programs
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with key partners
  • Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance the Technology Alliances plan

Responsibilities

  • Establish scalable and repeatable marketing processes
  • Develop and manage long-term, integrated marketing plans for high-touch partners
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external Technology Alliance Marketing requests
  • Develop and execute strategic partner marketing programs that align with the technology alliances strategy
  • Build a scalable execution model that enables partners to promote their partnership and offering, via packaged resources and templates
  • Working with partner marketing comms, establish a strategy and plan for technology alliance communications
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including key Technology Alliance partners, and internal stakeholders, including the Dynatrace Technology Alliance Team
  • Be the go-to point of contact for internal or external Technology Alliance requests
  • Develop and execute longer term, integrated marketing plans with high-touch partners
  • Create and deliver partner-facing marketing materials and assets
  • Set goals; track and measure the performance of Technology Alliance partner marketing programs and initiatives
  • Work closely with the global and regional marketing teams to amplify partner presence in campaigns, programs and events where appropriate
  • Manage the partner marketing budget to align with strategic priorities and drive results
