Requirements

  • Proven experience in delivering measurable results, and rooted in planning, monitoring, executing and reporting with the highest regard for accuracy & integrity
  • Very comfortable with numbers, working on Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, dashboards, reporting tools
  • Tech industry experience, can quickly grasp nuances of the cloud business
  • Experience in partner marketing / handling partners
  • Accountable, self disciplined and self-motivated with an eye for details
  • Effective in written and verbal communication [mainly in English]
  • Embody Google Cloud’s values of respecting the opportunity, respecting the user and respecting each other consistently and without compromise
  • Operate from a place of inclusivity, respect and humility
  • MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum of 8 years of work experience in a tech based company, including partner marketing experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage a strategic set of partners to help plan, execute, monitor partner-led marketing budgets and activities
  • Build business-aligned marketing plans with partners at the beginning of each half year cycle [Jan-Dec]
  • Drive regular cadence with partners to monitor execution through interlock with target accounts, personas, vendors, activities, content and speakers
  • Track and monitor plans, investments, pipeline, opportunities, campaign submission, campaign closure and performance analysis
  • Ensure adherence to Google Cloud brand guidelines
  • Contribute to ad-hoc requests such as to-partner activities, PR and customer references as needed

A self starter, who is self disciplined and well versed with the above will thrive in this role
