Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certifications in marketing or digital marketing are a plus
• 7+ years of experience in B2B partner marketing, with a focus on the EMEA region
• Strong understanding of the technology industry and partner ecosystems
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools and platforms
• Ability to analyze marketing data and measure performance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic partner marketing plan for the EMEA region
• Identify and prioritize with your sales stakeholders’ key strategic partners based on their potential to drive growth and market reach
• Create and execute targeted joint marketing programs that deliver measurable results
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing strategic partners
• Collaborate closely with partner sales teams to identify joint marketing opportunities and align efforts
• Provide guidance and support to partners in developing and executing their own marketing programs
• Ensure alignment between partner marketing activities and overall business objectives
• Measure and analyze partner marketing performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, and events
• Measure campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI
