Summary

Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, as their Partner Marketing Manager to lead and scale channel partner marketing efforts. Collaborate with the Partner Sales team, regional Field Marketing leads, and key channel partners to drive joint demand generation and pipeline growth. Execute go-to-market activities with the channel ecosystem, building campaigns with strategic partners and enabling geo teams to activate programs. This cross-functional role requires aligning global partner strategy with regional execution. You will build and execute scalable marketing programs, work with the Partner Sales team to identify top partners, collaborate with regional leads to localize initiatives, support the creation of co-marketing materials, track performance, and manage partner participation in events.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B partner or field marketing, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS
  • Strong understanding of the channel ecosystem (resellers, distributors, GSIs, MSPs, etc.)
  • Experience managing integrated marketing campaigns and joint go-to-market plans
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and globally
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset β€” you're a connector and a doer
  • Clear communicator with a bias for action and results

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute scalable marketing programs with channel partners to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Partner Sales team to understand regional priorities and identify top channel partners to activate
  • Collaborate with regional Field Marketing leads to localize partner initiatives and drive execution in each geo
  • Support the creation of co-marketing materials, partner campaign kits, and event toolkits to enable repeatable execution
  • Track and report on partner marketing performance, providing insights to improve future programs
  • Help ensure alignment between partner strategy, field execution, and go-to-market goals
  • Manage partner participation in Wiz-hosted and partner-led events β€” including webinars, executive briefings, and demand gen campaigns
