Requirements
- 3 years of experience in business development, partner management, or sales, preferably in SaaS or related industries
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools
- Strong ability to execute strategic plans with a data-driven focus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive-level stakeholders
- Effective networking and relationship-building skills within partner ecosystems and industry groups
- Be revenue focused, operationally minded
- Work with a sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Proactively drive Partner Sourced Revenue by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within our partner ecosystem
- Lead efforts to generate and increase new logo revenue through strategic partnerships with SaaS ISVs, VARs, consultants, MSOs and other technology partners
- Develop and manage a pipeline of partner prospects, establishing strong, long-term relationships with key day-to-day partner resources
- Implement comprehensive partner account strategies to meet revenue targets, including business planning and performance tracking
- Work closely with partner sales teams to educate and enable them on our products, ensuring they are equipped to effectively position and sell our solutions
- Partner with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations to align on strategies, provide insights, and support partner-related initiatives
- Leverage our BDR team to drive growth
- Regularly report on partner sales activities and revenue generation to senior management
- Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of partner programs to maximize revenue potential and partner engagement
