Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master's preferred
  • 10 + years' experience in P&C and/or Employee Benefits insurance industry either in the MGA/RGA and/or carrier space
  • 10+ years' in a customer facing role
  • 5+ years' in an operational leadership role
  • Experience in leading change management and planning cultural transformations
  • Extremely high degree of professionalism with the ability to relate to professionals at all levels, from front line customer service to the C suite
  • Confident public speaking skills
  • Ability to foster collaboration with multiple stakeholders across different countries, time zones, and business areas
  • Escalation and conflict management skills

Responsibilities

  • Effectively utilize Project Management skills to manage concurrent efforts in service delivery – ensuring targets for timeline, quality and turn around are met
  • Provides credible process design consulting and procedure documentation across all types of Property Casualty and Employee Benefit Operations
  • Act as the primary point of contact in coordinating client communication, and support Business Development and/or Service Delivery in relevant client meetings and communications
  • Identify trends in service delivery to be proactive in client service delivery management
  • Develop and deliver both internal and external client Executive Level presentations as needed regarding ReSource Pro’s engagement and services
  • Incorporate Voice of the Client and feedback into improving the client experience and creating Action Plans for service improvements
  • Seek Win/Win solutions for service delivery which meets the best interest of client and ReSource Pro
  • Partners with sales in developing strategic account management plans and revenue growth opportunities
