Summary
Join CrazyGames, a rapidly growing browser games platform, as a Partnership Manager Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced tech environment, focusing on partnership development, game research, and community engagement. You will prospect and onboard game developers, negotiate licensing deals, and support game performance. The role requires strong communication skills, proactive work style, and a passion for gaming. Successful completion of the internship may lead to full-time employment. The position offers flexible hours, remote work, and a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- A passion for gaming and curiosity about the business side of the industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and organized work style β you're not afraid to take initiative
- Comfortable working in English and across time zones
- Availability for at least 6 months
Responsibilities
- Assist in prospecting and reaching out to game developers and studios worldwide
- Close licensing deals and bring awesome new games and partners to our platform
- Help onboard new developers to our platform and guide them through our submission process
- Nurture strong personal relationships with our partners and be their go-to person for advice and support
- Actively communicate with your developers and accounts via email, Discord, or (video) calls to support them on their CrazyGames journey
- Research emerging viral web games, game developers, and studios to identify high-potential opportunities
- Analyze game performance data to support tactical decision-making and find ways to improve our game catalog
- Stay up to date on trends in the gaming industry, particularly browser-based and indie gaming
- Be an advocate for our developer community and represent CrazyGames with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Help organize and participate in virtual and physical industry and gaming events
- Prospected and initiated contact with at least 10 game developers or studios
- Closed at least 5 new partnership deals, bringing new games to CrazyGames
- Supported at least 10 launched games, helping developers optimize their performance and experience on the platform
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with community management, social media, or any prior work in games is beneficial, but no prior work experience is required
- Candidates must be located in Europe (including the UK) to ensure sufficient time zone overlap with our team
