Join XPRIZE's remote, part-time summer internship program (June 9, 2025 - August 15, 2025) as a Strategic Planning Intern supporting the Partnerships & Impact team. This internship offers hands-on experience in strategic planning, research, and database creation within a mission-driven innovation funding initiative. You will conduct research on investment ecosystems, strategize engagement approaches, build investor databases, analyze data, draft written materials, and collaborate with internal teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong data management and analytical skills, excellent communication, and an interest in AI tools. The internship is paid at $18-$22/hour and includes professional development opportunities and virtual social activities.

Requirements

• Strong data management and analytical skills
• Excellent written communication skills, with an eye for clarity and professionalism
• Interest in leveraging AI tools for research and productivity
• Interest in strategy, planning, and research
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Must be a rising Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program or higher in business, finance, marketing, data science, or a data-related field
• Availability to work from 9:00am-1:00pm PST Monday-Friday for the duration of the 10-week program

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify key members of investment ecosystems
• Assist in strategizing creative approaches for engagement and outreach
• Build and maintain structured, comprehensive investor databases
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for network development
• Draft written materials, including reports, outreach templates, and strategy documents
• Collaborate with internal teams to align efforts with broader organizational goals
• Leverage AI tools to enhance efficiency and optimize research and communication workflows

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce or another Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)
