Join Incode, a leading provider of identity solutions, as their Channel Partnerships Manager for the Incode Workforce product. Based in San Francisco or remotely, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Incode Workforce's reach through strategic partnerships. Key responsibilities include identifying and onboarding high-impact resellers, developing incentive programs, creating enablement materials, driving revenue generation, managing partner relationships, and staying informed on market trends. Requirements

  • 5+ years in channel partnerships, business development, or sales in the IAM, cybersecurity, or SaaS industries
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through third-party partnerships
  • Experience designing and implementing partner enablement programs
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance and drive decisions
  • Comfortable in a zero-to-one type of role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize high-value IAM and cybersecurity resellers and technology integrators aligned with Incode Workforce’s market strategy. Build a pipeline of channel partners across key verticals, including financial services, healthcare, and IT management
  • Design and implement compelling incentive structures to motivate partners to resell Incode Workforce. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of partnership terms with revenue goals
  • Develop enablement materials and training programs to equip partners with a deep understanding of Workforce features, use cases, and value propositions. Host workshops, webinars, and events to educate and engage channel partners
  • Own the channel sales pipeline and ensure partners meet revenue and performance metrics. Work closely with the sales team to execute co-selling strategies and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner executives and key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for all channel partner inquiries, ensuring exceptional partner satisfaction
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies in IAM and cybersecurity to inform partnership strategies. Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to continuously improve Workforce’s market positioning

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with enterprise IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping Identity, Microsoft Entra) is a strong plus
