Summary

Miter is seeking an exceptional Partnerships Lead to drive growth through strategic partnerships in the construction industry. The candidate will develop and execute Miter's partnership strategy, collaborate with various teams, and manage daily reporting and relationship management. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in Partner Sales, Business Development, or Channel Partnerships with a SaaS company.

Minimum 5 years of work experience with 3 years of experience in Partner Sales, Business Development, or Channel Partnerships with a SaaS company

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Miter’s Partnership strategy to achieve ambitious targets
  • Drive Partnerships planning, goal-setting, and reporting efforts across a variety of channels
  • Own quarterly executive business reviews and success planning with top partners
  • Manage daily reporting, enablement, and relationship management
  • Drive partner co-marketing efforts to increase our reach through the channel
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, growth & product to launch joint initiatives with partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience managing accounting partners or Value Added Resellers (VARs)
  • Background in Construction or Accounting
