Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise partnership management, with a focus on strategic revenue growth
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with previous experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to provide technical guidance to partners
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Growth mindset and driven by curiosity
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and be resourceful in resolving partner escalations
  • Ability to travel (up to 10%)

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and nurture strategic partnerships with key enterprise clients, aligning partnership goals with Sherpa’s strategic goals to drive significant revenue growth
  • Foster strong, cross-functional relationships with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Operations to ensure partner needs are remediated and opportunities are maximized
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through existing and new channel partnerships, leveraging Sherpa’s product stack (Elements, WebApps, API)
  • Lead initiatives to expand Sherpa’s market presence and impact in Asia, identifying new market opportunities and potential new partnerships
  • Convert partner feedback into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement and innovation in Sherpa’s product offerings and partnership strategies through an internal Voice of the Customer program
  • Maintain accurate forecasting of partnership performance, and provide regular reports on partnership metrics, revenue contributions, and market trends
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise partners, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and strategic consultations
  • Manage high-value enterprise partnerships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and alignment with partners' business objectives
  • Understand partners' unique needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage Sherpa’s full suite of products and services
  • Oversee the seamless onboarding and integration of new partners, ensuring they have a strong foundation for success
  • Regularly assess and optimize partner performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement to maximize their success with Sherpa’s solutions
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for partners, providing timely and effective resolutions to any issues or concerns

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with account management and technical tools, such as Hubspot, Amplitude, Looker, and remote-first tools like Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack
