Responsibilities

• Manage the entire recruitment process, from creative sourcing of candidates to conducting interviews and closing offers
• Use your recruitment expertise to identify top-tier talent across all roles within SaaS companies
• Conduct research to pinpoint where top talent is located and how to attract them
• Evaluate candidates’ profiles and identify both their strengths and gaps
• Develop innovative strategies for finding hidden talent when necessary
• Keep our applicant tracking system and candidate database updated with the latest information to ensure we’re always ready to move quickly on top talent
• Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and deliver candidates who match not just the skill set, but the culture
