Payment Collections Specialist

Summary

The job is for a Retention Agent to join the Customer Success team of Lodgify, a fast-growing vacation rental software company, on a fully remote basis. The role involves managing collections activities, handling customer cancellations, and upselling services.

Requirements

• Confident person who loves to proactively reach out to customers and negotiate with them by phone
• Fluent English level. (This means excellent written and verbal communication skills)
• 2 + years experience of related working experience
• High level of Microsoft package

Responsibilities

• Manage collections activities to reduce overdue amounts
• Upgrade existing customer accounts
• Handle incoming cancellation requests from customers with the goal to retain them on our platform
• Contact users by phone and email to collect overdue amounts
• Record all important activities and insights gathered throughout the whole collection process and follow up accordingly

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Sales calls is a plus
