Payouts Associate

Summary

Join dLocal's Payouts Operations team as a Payouts Associate and contribute to the efficient processing of payments in various countries. You will analyze payment instructions, engage with banks and clients, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and reconcile transactions. Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent written and verbal communication as well as interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills, systematic, and organized

Responsibilities

• Process and analyze payment instructions in different countries
• Engage daily with banks, payment processors, and clients to ensure the efficiency of the payment systems
• Make a proactive analysis of the transactional flows to detect risk issues and implement improvements
• Reconcile and control the full transactional flow of daily processing
• Interact and collaborate with the different areas of the company. Contact banks and partners to resolve issues and find solutions
