Payroll Administrator

Summary

Join Spring Fertility as a Payroll Administrator and be responsible for processing bi-monthly and off-cycle payrolls, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining accurate records, and managing payroll tax issues. This full-time remote position requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. You will manage employee deductions, ensure compliance with payroll regulations, and resolve payroll-related inquiries. Experience with ADP is highly preferred. Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
• 3-5 Years of experience in payroll processing

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Collect and review timekeeping information, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Manage employee deductions, including taxes, benefits contributions, garnishments, and other withholdings
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations; prepare and submit required information for tax filings and reports
• Manage and address payroll tax registrations, as well as follow up on and resolve payroll tax account issues
• Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize ADP to process payroll and generate reports; ensure the system is updated with current employee information and regulatory changes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ADP
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field
