Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the Justlife recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring high speed and top-notch quality
  • Spearhead complex, multi-country, and multi-channel hiring projects. Maintain a high standard of speed and quality to attract the best talent across diverse job markets
  • Provide regular, insightful reports to hiring managers. Use data to inform structured and effective hiring decisions
  • Partner with team members and monitor their performance and engagement levels throughout their employment lifecycle to ensure a positive experience
  • Inspire and motivate the tribe by planning and delivering impactful engagement events and initiatives. Create a unique and memorable experience for every team member
  • Own the employer branding process, ensuring our key value propositions are effectively communicated. Lead both internal and external communication initiatives, crafting creative and inspiring content that reflects Justlife’s vibrant and dynamic work culture. Develop and execute quarterly plans to maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence
  • Forge strategic partnerships with universities to create exciting collaboration opportunities. Attract and hire high-potential young talent to ensure a vibrant and dynamic workforce
