Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of previous HR/People Business Partner experience
  • Strong understanding of HR processes including management/leadership development, performance management, and employee relations

Responsibilities

  • Strategic People Planning: Lead the development and execution of People Strategies in alignment with organizational goals and overall business strategy
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact and a trusted advisor to employees, implementing strategies to enhance employee experience and foster a culture of open communication and collaboration
  • Talent Management: Provide guidance to managers on career pathing and leveling, skill and professional development alongside the Director, People Business Partners
  • Performance Management: Collaborate with both the Director, People Business Partners and functional managers to design and implement performance management processes aligned with organizational objectives
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive company culture
  • Learning and Development: Assist with identifying and assessing organizational learning needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities
  • Change Management: Provide guidance and support to employees and managers during periods of change, fostering resilience and adaptability
  • Data Analysis: Identify trends and insights from People data to inform strategic initiatives and drive organizational performance

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in designing and implementing management/leadership development programs and/or learning and development initiatives preferred
