Responsibilities
- Gain a strong understanding of SBVRโs Retail business and develop strong relationships, collaborating with key partners and stakeholders across the Retail org
- Convert thematic insights into practical, tactical initiatives that enhance our organizational structure and talent strategy
- Actively execute and make informed decisions within established policies, enhancing employee experience by creating solutions within existing frameworks
- Coach teams towards effective decision-making and enhance communication skills across levels
- Proactively mitigate legal and compliance risks, investigating and addressing employee relations concerns effectively
- Provide direct support to Store Managers and District Leaders, enhancing their performance and addressing their concerns throughout their tenure at SBVR
- Conduct stay and exit interviews for store leadership, analyze trends, and recommend actionable solutions based on findings
- In partnership with the People Team's centers of expertise, lead and design specialized training programs where your expertise adds significant value
- Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and procedures as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR a plus
