Join our dynamic People Operations Team as a People Operations Associate, where you'll play a key role in maintaining personnel records, onboarding new colleagues, and providing exceptional support to our team members.
Requirements

- Proficient use of MS Office and HRIS Systems

- Ability to adapt to competing priorities whilst maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to build strong working relationships
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance of personnel records throughout the employee lifecycle within our HRIS system for Group colleagues across the UK and ROI
- Responsible for all onboarding checks including checking right to work documentation
- Process all changes of terms and conditions, change of job role, salaries, benefits etc
- Issuing all documentation in relation to employment i.e. contracts, offer letters
- Responding to and managing colleague queries via the internal request tracker system, emails and telephone calls, escalating where appropriate
- Internal and External referencing and background checks
- Produce Staff Discount/ID Cards
- Access provisioning within our HRIS system
- Ad hoc people operations duties as required
