Join our dynamic People Operations Team as a People Operations Associate, where you'll play a key role in maintaining personnel records, onboarding new colleagues, and providing exceptional support to our team members.

• Proficient use of MS Office and HRIS Systems

• Ability to adapt to competing priorities whilst maintaining confidentiality
• Ability to build strong working relationships

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of personnel records throughout the employee lifecycle within our HRIS system for Group colleagues across the UK and ROI
• Responsible for all onboarding checks including checking right to work documentation
• Process all changes of terms and conditions, change of job role, salaries, benefits etc
• Issuing all documentation in relation to employment i.e. contracts, offer letters
• Responding to and managing colleague queries via the internal request tracker system, emails and telephone calls, escalating where appropriate
• Internal and External referencing and background checks
• Produce Staff Discount/ID Cards
• Access provisioning within our HRIS system
• Ad hoc people operations duties as required
