Responsibilities

  • Serve as Seer’s People Partner (HRBP) across all business units, acting as an advocate for your stakeholders and working on several projects and initiatives to support people outcomes across the organization
  • Be a True Partner to Leadership: Build trusted relationships with business unit leaders and employees alike. Your ability to connect on a personal level while offering sound guidance will ensure our people strategy aligns seamlessly with business goals
  • Handle Complex Situations with Empathy and Strategy: Tackle challenging employee relations issues, balancing fairness, empathy, and business priorities. Your nuanced judgment will be critical in resolving sensitive matters
  • Champion Culture and Engagement: Partner with the People Operations Lead to ensure successful implementation of broader People Operations initiatives and programs that span the organization. Bubble up opportunities for new program development and areas of opportunity identified inside the teams you support
  • Enhance Organizational Health: Regularly assess the β€œhealth” of business units through one-on-one conversations, feedback sessions, and employee engagement metrics. Use qualitative insights alongside data to propose tailored, people-centered solutions
  • Innovate Talent Development Strategies: Collaborate with leadership to design innovative career development pathways, succession plans, and leadership training programs. Your creative thinking will drive long-term talent success
  • Drive Growth through Coaching: Act as a coach and mentor to people managers, empowering them to lead with confidence, empathy, and effectiveness. Provide personalized development plans to help our leaders grow
  • Leverage AI and Automation for People Insights: Utilize AI-driven analytics to identify trends in employee engagement, retention, and performance. Use predictive insights to proactively address potential challenges and optimize people strategies
  • Enhance Efficiency with AI-Powered Tools: Streamline HR processes such as feedback analysis, performance tracking, and talent development through AI-driven automation, freeing up time for strategic initiatives and high-impact coaching
