People Operations Coordinator

Summary

Join Exodus as a People Ops Coordinator and contribute to a seamless employee experience. You will manage onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee records, and provide administrative support. As the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, you will ensure positive interactions. You will be responsible for data entry, employment verification, and maintaining compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to contact for employee questions and needs, delivering timely and professional support
• Own all data entry in our HRIS and PEO as part of our internal control processes
• Manage the end-to-end coordination of the employee life cycle, including assisting with data entry and project management of onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handle employment verification requests with accuracy, speed, and professionalism
• Maintain employee data and records in alignment with internal controls and compliance standards
• Provide administrative assistance for performance management processes and related programs
• Support the implementation of key People Ops programs and initiatives
