Summary

The HR intern will gain hands-on experience in different HR functions at Road, a fast-growing software company in the electric vehicle market. The role involves handling visa and IND arrangements, managing employee records, applying for 30% ruling applications, drafting HR documents, processing referral bonuses, maintaining employee folders, documenting HR processes, creating employer statements, managing the HR mailbox, assisting the HR team, and collaborating on HR projects.

Requirements

• You are enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related HBO
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication in English. In addition, Dutch language skills are highly preferred
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn with a proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Handle the necessary documentation and processes for employee visas and IND arrangements
• Manage and update records for employee relocations, new bank accounts, promotions, salary increases, and other related documentation
• Apply for and monitor the status of 30% ruling applications
• Draft and update HR agreements, letters, and other important documents
• Process referral bonuses efficiently and accurately
• Keep employee folders organized, clean, and up to date
• File conversations and warnings in the appropriate employee folders
• Document and record HR processes to ensure consistency and compliance
• Create employer statements as required
• Maintain and organize the HR mailbox, ensuring timely responses
• Assist your HR colleagues with various requests and tasks
• Collaborate on various HR projects, contributing to their success
