Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring that aligns with Miter's growth objectives
• Manage quarterly review and feedback processes, ensuring that every team member gets clear, fair feedback and has opportunities to grow at Miter
• Design, implement, and oversee compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and tailored to the needs of our diverse workforce
• Foster a positive work environment and culture that promotes collaboration and performance. Lead initiatives that support employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
• Continuously optimize our people processes and systems to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance with industry and legal standards
