Requirements
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in People/HR functions in global, high-growth companies scaling from approximately 50 to 500 people
- Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvements
- Proven track record of taking initiative, leading projects with minimal supervision, and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of employment, wage, and salary laws, practices, and regulations across multiple states and at the US and federal level
- Willingness to learn and understand global regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for precision and delivering high-quality work
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and process improvements, utilizing a data-driven approach
- Expertise in HR systems and tools, including implementations, with a focus on continuously improving and streamlining for scalability
- Proactively establishes and tracks personal OKRs and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives
- Ability to build and cultivate long-term relationships with the People team, employees, managers, and leadership
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Consistently curious with a positive attitude, self-awareness, and a strong work ethic
- High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive and strong relationships with diverse groups
- Professional presence when interacting with all levels internally and externally

- High degree of integrity, ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Mastery of Excel, including complex formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and data visualization
- Expertise in systems and tools, including implementations, with a focus on continuously improving and streamlining for scalability
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core People Operations programs
- Provide actionable people analytics and insights by creating and presenting dashboards and reports for quarterly internal and external reporting purposes
- Oversee and ensure the integrity of HR systems
- Document, maintain, and communicate core HR processes to stakeholders, managers, and employees
- Support and coach employees on company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the Marketing department for company communication, event coordination, and swag needs
- Perform required office management duties
- Lead and contribute to other special projects
