Requirements

  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in People/HR functions in global, high-growth companies scaling from approximately 50 to 500 people
  • Demonstrated ability to apply strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Proven track record of taking initiative, leading projects with minimal supervision, and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment, wage, and salary laws, practices, and regulations across multiple states and at the US and federal level
  • Willingness to learn and understand global regulations
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for precision and delivering high-quality work
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects and process improvements, utilizing a data-driven approach
  • Expertise in HR systems and tools, including implementations, with a focus on continuously improving and streamlining for scalability
  • Proactively establishes and tracks personal OKRs and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Ability to build and cultivate long-term relationships with the People team, employees, managers, and leadership
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Consistently curious with a positive attitude, self-awareness, and a strong work ethic
  • High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive and strong relationships with diverse groups

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of core People Operations programs
  • Provide actionable people analytics and insights by creating and presenting dashboards and reports for quarterly internal and external reporting purposes
  • Oversee and ensure the integrity of HR systems
  • Document, maintain, and communicate core HR processes to stakeholders, managers, and employees
  • Support and coach employees on company policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with the Marketing department for company communication, event coordination, and swag needs
  • Perform required office management duties
  • Lead and contribute to other special projects

Benefits
