Remote People Operations Manager

Summary

Join our People Operations team as we scale our company and culture. We're looking for someone to help us tackle questions like strengthening our culture of continuous feedback, equipping people managers, and more.

Requirements

• Have at least 3 years of experience in People Operations or HR
• Have experience taking ideas from 0 to 1
• Are passionate about problem-solving - No matter how big or small the task, you’re motivated to try out different ideas and find the right solution
• Excel at thoughtful execution - You ask questions, do research, and take the time to build a strong foundation before diving into the tactical steps
• Are experience oriented - You recognize that details are important, and prioritize the details that make the greatest impact on the experience of our team and our clients

Responsibilities

• Talk to Fluxonians across the company to understand where our greatest opportunities are
• Iterate on our biannual career development & performance review process
• Build new resources to support first-time people managers
• Identify opportunities to act as a people partner to our AMER team
• ...and any other ideas you want to experiment with :)
