Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of people operations experience (experience weathering a high-growth startup strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of human resources best practices and employment law
- Experience in implementing and building HR automations and systems
Responsibilities
- Automate workflows in HR processes to minimize inefficiencies and scale operations
- Provide an immersive onboarding experience for new hires to highlight how their role has real impact on the business and the business of our customers
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, team-building activities, and recognition programs
- Maintain accurate employee records, assist with benefits administration, and ensure HR data is up-to-date in HRIS systems
- Help with the preparation of HR documents, including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding materials
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and provide basic guidance on HR policies and procedures
- Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and resolving issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Masterβs Degree in Human Resources, I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Psychology, or similar preferred
- Certification in SHRM or HRCI preferred
