Summary

Imagen Technologies is a healthcare startup expanding its AI-enabled platform for primary care appointments across the US. They are looking for a generalist to join their People team, collaborating with senior leaders on HR programs and initiatives, managing day-to-day HR operations, and driving process improvement. The candidate should have 4+ years of HR experience, strong interpersonal skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of HR experience, with a focus on HR operations, programs management, or related areas
• Demonstrated ability to execute HR programs and initiatives, with a track record of delivering results and impact in HR operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support HR operations across end-to-end employee life cycle, including onboarding, benefits, payroll, leave of absence processing, performance management cycle, compensation changes, employee relations, offboarding, and general employee support
• Drive the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as performance management, career paths, culture survey, and compensation planning to enhance employee engagement, development, and retention
• Collaborate with business leaders and department heads to provide HR expertise and support on key initiatives, organizational changes, and people-related matters
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in HR operations and programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Power user of Google suite; advanced Excel/Google sheets skills preferred
• Strong familiarity with HRIS systems and tools
• Demonstrated ability to act with discretion, and have exceptional integrity and judgment in handling confidential information
• Able to build trust and rapport quickly

Benefits

Base salary between $90,000 - $115,000 plus equity and benefits
