Requirements
- Have prior experience in a similar role
- Possess basic knowledge of Polish Labour Law and a willingness to stay updated
- Demonstrate very high-level communication skills, even when facing challenges
- Maintain excellence in work, ensuring precise and perfect documents and well-structured Google Drive folders
- Demonstrate ownership of your areas and the results of your actions
- Exhibit trustworthiness by completing tasks, sharing problems honestly, and producing reliable results
- Show innovation by experimenting and learning from initiatives
- Demonstrate kindness and teamwork, keeping the common goal in mind
- Have experience in remote work and be well-organized
- Have minimum B2 level English proficiency
- Be fluent in Polish
Responsibilities
- Ensure the team understands Appsilon's document workflow and support resources
- Maintain efficient and smooth document workflow processes
- Process and sign documents without delays
- Ensure processes continue smoothly during your absence
- Keep the People Directory up-to-date and reliable
- Ensure Appsilon's document processes scale with company growth
- Support newcomers in contract selection, signing, and Autenti processing
- Update HR processes according to new regulations and labor law
- Ensure the team understands the travel organization process
- Prevent logistics from hindering travel/event organization
- Ensure positive travel/conference experiences for the team
- Maintain processes even during the absence of the primary point of contact (POS)
- Ensure team satisfaction with benefits and encourage usage
- Make data-driven decisions regarding benefits
- Gather and understand team opinions on offered benefits
- Ensure the team understands available benefits, usage, and deadlines
- Provide support to team members during migration processes
- Prepare high-quality documents for visa and migration processes
- Be fully responsible for the processes of signing contracts with company joiners and contractors
- Be responsible for the workflow process related to employees
- Be responsible for taking care of our employee knowledge base (People Directory)
- Streamline the company's benefit selection process
