People Operations Specialist

Summary

Join Demandbase as a People Operations Specialist, a full-time role based anywhere in the United States, where you will support People-related processes and transactions using various HR tools. You will provide onboarding support, manage internal records, and ensure data accuracy and compliance. You will also provide high-touch employee support, assist with report creation, and collaborate with the People Team to ensure a positive employee experience.

Requirements

• High level of emotional intelligence and integrity, trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple projects and priorities demonstrating excellent time management skills, organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable with data entry and auditing
• Familiarity with HRIS systems
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, including comfortability with formulas and functions for data analysis and reporting purposes
• Customer-service oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support People-related processes and carry out critical transactions using tools such as ADP, Greenhouse, Lattice, Tangelo, Pingboard, for new hire onboarding, employee transfers, job and data changes, compensation adjustments, and terminations
• Provide onboarding support and account creation for new hires, and often work alongside our onboarding and recruitment team
• Manage internal records and documentation and perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, completeness, and compliance
• Provide high-touch employee support by overseeing and responding to employee questions that come through the People & Places email alias and relevant Slack channels
• Assist with report creation and data management
• Supports additional HR responsibilities as needed to assist in HR service delivery, ultimately improving the employee experience
