Summary
Join eyeo's People and Culture team as a People Partner, supporting business leaders to drive performance, growth, and retention. You will proactively address people topics, contribute to scalable processes, and foster a positive organizational culture. As a strategic advisor, you will lead change initiatives, build strong relationships, and make independent decisions. You will also play a key role in knowledge-sharing and aligning standards across the People Partner team. The role involves supporting your business unit throughout the employee lifecycle, coaching managers, advising on people guidelines, and handling conflict resolution. You will use data to inform decision-making and bring structure to workflows. This position requires a track record of success in a global HR Business Partner role and a comprehensive understanding of People & Culture principles.
Requirements
- Track record of successful work in a global 300+ company as an HR Business Partner, with a comprehensive understanding of People & Culture principles and procedures
- Ability to quickly adapt to change and thrive in an ambitious, performance-driven culture with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities
- Proven project management skills for planning and implementing international People & Culture initiatives
- Capacity to navigate ambiguity with a constructive, structured, and positive mindset
- Comfortable with initiating and leading difficult conversations with company decision-makers, combining empathy with assertiveness
- Experience in labor law in the U.S. (experience with Canadian and/or European labor law is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complexity and maintain a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to knowledge-sharing, youβre invested in helping your team grow stronger together
Responsibilities
- Support your business unit across the employee lifecycle, from development and retention to performance and offboarding
- Coach and advise mid- and senior-level managers on decision-making, org design, and leadership topics
- Advise on people guidelines and tailor scalable solutions with global and legal complexity in mind
- Guide managers through performance and engagement issues with clarity and care
- Handle conflict resolution, legal matters, and sensitive investigations when needed
- Contribute to global projects on compensation, engagement, and other key P&C topics
- Use data (e.g., attrition, engagement) to support decision-making in your business units
- Bring structure to workflows by identifying issues and aligning people practices
- Actively share insights with fellow People Partners to strengthen team-wide standards and collaboration
