Requirements
- Have experience as an HR Generalist/People Partner/HR Project Manager/Business Partner
- Have a deep understanding of all stages of the employee lifecycle (from onboarding to termination)
- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and not strive for stability and instructions/orders
- Have experience working with various stakeholders, including C-level management and complex managers
- Be in the HR field, not just because you "love people and communicating with them"
- Not be afraid to go through a transformation journey with the company
- Be ready not only to support existing processes but also to reboot/expand them
- Possess strong organizational and project management skills
- Be ready to take initiative, quickly learn new tasks, and offer unconventional solutions
- Think critically, analyze situations from different angles, and adapt your approach to the situation
- Be able to complete projects and be responsible for the results
- Easily handle multitasking and quickly adapt to change
Responsibilities
- Manage current and new HR projects (Employee Experience, Salary Appraisal, Handbook for Employees/Managers, Onboarding&Adaptation, Goals on Probation Period etc)
- Administer the Zoho People personnel accounting system. Ensure all employee profiles are complete, vacations are approved on time, the organizational structure is always up-to-date, and salaries and positions are correct and reflect reality
- Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with team leads. Exchange insights from analytics, surveys, and consultations β not only to gather information but also to share valuable feedback that improves internal processes and team atmosphere
- Conduct training for managers and employees as part of HR projects
- Update and develop policies, guides, and instructions to meet business needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with L&D, Finance, and Legal departments
- Organize company events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-growing environment/in a company with a startup culture/in a company during a period of transformation
- Experience working with automated HRM systems
- Experience with HR metrics, HR analytics
- Coaching and facilitation skills
- English proficiency at B2+ level, for the opportunity to exchange experience with our colleagues from European offices
- Have read the book about culture at Netflix and share the principles of working with teams mentioned in the book
