Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in a digital agency setting, dedicated to the support and execution of performance-driven paid media
- Proficient with paid advertising channels (i.e. Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, etc.) and familiarity with paid marketing strategies and tactics; fluent in paid marketing KPIs
- In-platform experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) of products
- Deep understanding of marketing KPIs including ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc
- Experience with complex budgeting, forecasting, and required calculations in order to report against those metrics
- Strong presentation skills, confident speaker, with the ability to tactfully manage client relations; balanced with an eagerness to learn and humility with your craft
Responsibilities
- Inspire and manage a team of 2-4, fostering a collaborative environment
- Lead the evaluation of large datasets, challenge campaign strategies, and drive performance conversations with senior stakeholders
- Cultivate and nurture senior client relationships with day-to-day client contacts, ensuring clear goals, defined objectives, and adherence to budgets
- Oversee discussions related to campaign performance, directly engage with major media platforms, and ensure accurate data assessment
- Direct daily workflow, stand-up meetings, and ensure client strategies are met
- Work across departments to exchange ideas and devise new client solutions
- Identify and pitch new business opportunities, partnering with senior leadership
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, billing, and invoicing, ensuring financial accuracy
- Pull together monthly reports, quarterly planning, and ad hoc insights. This is supported by data visualization
- Stay informed and apply generative AI concepts in real-world scenarios
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and share insights with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile project management framework and Asana
- Proven experience leading an accounts team in performance-driven paid media, preferably in B2B, Financial Services, or similar verticals
