Summary
Join Defendify's A-team as a Performance Marketing Manager and revolutionize B2B cybersecurity marketing. You will spearhead the strategy and execution of digital initiatives, leveraging AI tools like Copy AI and ChatGPT to optimize campaigns. Responsibilities include managing paid media, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, and website optimization. Success will be measured by lead generation, conversion optimization, and campaign ROI. Requirements
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience running digital campaigns that deliver results
- Track record of success with LinkedIn Ads and organic LinkedIn strategies
- Strong email marketing chops - from strategy to execution
- Experience with CRO and A/B testing that goes beyond basic button colors
- Enthusiasm for AI marketing tools and automation
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to tell the story behind the numbers
- Great communication skills and a collaborative spirit
Responsibilities
- Leverage AI tools to scale programs, develop creative faster, and personalize messaging at scale
- Pioneer new approaches using Copy AI, Claude, ChatGPT, and Perplexity to stay ahead of the curve
- Transform content into multiple formats for maximum impact across channels
- Create, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn Ads
- Get hands-on with campaign setup, audience targeting, and daily optimization
- Track performance and adjust tactics to maximize ROI
- Get creative with organic LinkedIn content that builds real engagement, not just likes
- Run hands-on outreach campaigns to connect with prospects, influencers, and our community
- Test and optimize different content formats and messaging approaches
- Build and execute email campaigns that people actually want to open
- Get into the details of segmentation, automation, and personalization
- Continuously test and refine to boost engagement and conversion rates
- Work directly with design to create high-converting landing pages
- Use data to identify friction points and implement solutions that work
- Run A/B tests that deliver real insights, not just numbers
- Own the reporting that shows what's working (and what's not)
- Turn data into actionable insights for the marketing and SDR team
- Keep us honest about our ROI and performance
