Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) campaign management
  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing role
  • Proven experience developing and implementing new advertising strategies and ideas for clients
  • Experience driving results through advanced measurement tactics like OCT
  • A natural problem-solving ability with a growth mindset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Full-time permanent residency within the United States

Responsibilities

  • Own and lead advertising strategy for 3–5 client accounts
  • Plan, execute, and analyze paid search and paid social strategy for our clients
  • Manage media spend across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Reddit Ads
  • Lead weekly client meetings and own the client relationships
  • Conduct quarterly strategic planning meetings to drive client success
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to increase advertising efficiency
  • Ensure tracking best practices are followed, including OCT, proper lead routing within client CRMs, and conversion setup
  • Reporting on KPIs and communicating clearly with clients
  • Work closely with the Account Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achieved

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running multiple paid channels and figuring out new ones
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Experience with OCT, Enhanced Conversions
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, ZoomInfo
  • An analytical mindset
  • A desire for continuous learning
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a curiosity about the industry
  • Experience working within teams and with other marketing teams
  • Experience working with other marketing channels such as SEO, CRO, organic social, email, etc
  • Remote experience
