Performance Marketing Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Growth Marketing Manager and help us scale our paid digital program! You will own existing channels like Patient Portals, optimizing provider listings and improving conversion rates. You'll also explore new channels such as YouTube, programmatic advertising, and others. Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on digital optimization or patient acquisition strategies
• 2+ years of direct team management or contractor / agency oversight experience
• 2+ years of B2C experience
• Hands-on-keyboard experience managing at least 2+ non-SEM digital channels (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Programmatic)
• Experience analyzing data from disparate systems to identify trends, i.e. ad platforms, site analytics tools, BI tools and CRMs
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (partnerships, engineering, product, operations and analytics)

Responsibilities

• Scale existing channels and test into new channels to support the expansion of our paid digital program
• Own Patient Portals, optimizing provider listings across insurance portals
• Influence conversion rate improvements of portal leads
• Test into new channels such as YouTube, programmatic, paid social, podcast or direct mail
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as partnerships, engineering, product, operations and analytics

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record of improving visibility across directories, partner-owned sites or with SEM / SEO
• Experience in the healthcare, mental health or other highly regulated space
• 2+ years working at a high growth startup
• Proven experience scaling a channel from 0>1
