Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on digital optimization or patient acquisition strategies
- 2+ years of direct team management or contractor / agency oversight experience
- 2+ years of B2C experience
- Hands-on-keyboard experience managing at least 2+ non-SEM digital channels (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Programmatic)
- Experience analyzing data from disparate systems to identify trends, i.e. ad platforms, site analytics tools, BI tools and CRMs
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (partnerships, engineering, product, operations and analytics)
Responsibilities
- Scale existing channels and test into new channels to support the expansion of our paid digital program
- Own Patient Portals, optimizing provider listings across insurance portals
- Influence conversion rate improvements of portal leads
- Test into new channels such as YouTube, programmatic, paid social, podcast or direct mail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as partnerships, engineering, product, operations and analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of improving visibility across directories, partner-owned sites or with SEM / SEO
- Experience in the healthcare, mental health or other highly regulated space
- 2+ years working at a high growth startup
- Proven experience scaling a channel from 0>1
