Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English to communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • 3+ years of experience working in a marketing agency or similar role
  • Hands-on experience in fashion marketing is a must
  • Expertise across all key platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram) and knowledge of third-party providers such as Criterio and affiliate networks
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing campaigns to maximize results
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Utilize third-party providers such as Criterio and affiliate marketing to increase traffic and boost conversion rates
  • Optimize ongoing campaigns to ensure the highest possible ROI, utilizing data to make informed decisions
  • Explore new tools and platforms to continually refine our marketing strategy
  • Create detailed reports on campaign performance and share insights with the team to continuously improve strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to independently manage campaign workflows
  • Prior experience increasing traffic through diverse channels and tools
  • A solid understanding of the fashion industryโ€™s marketing landscape and trends
  • Ability to visit the office in Poland (Warsaw) several times a week
