Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in paid performance marketing, with ae strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major advertising platforms
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other relevant software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant channels
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and scaling
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies
- Create compelling ad copy, landing pages, and creatives that drive engagement and conversions
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all paid media
- Utilize A/B testing methodologies to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates
- Prepare detailed reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
