Performance Specialist

Summary

Join AutoFi, a leading provider of digital commerce technology in automotive, as a Performance Specialist. Partner with Performance Managers to drive monthly meetings focused on supporting, training, and retaining dealership partners. You will book appointments, strategize action plans, and generate numerous calls and emails daily to schedule sessions. This role requires collaboration, strong communication skills, and experience in a Business Development Center (BDC) in an automotive dealership. Requirements

• Have prior experience as Business Development Center Rep (BDC) in Automotive Dealership

Responsibilities

• Book appointments for the Performance team through calls and emails monthly
• Strategize with Performance leaders to design, target, and call a plan of action
• Generate 50+ calls and emails daily to effectively schedule Performance and/or Training sessions for the management team
• Partner with Performance Directors to gain performance account management, learn best practices, and grow your career
• Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce
