Requirements
- University degree in relevant field (Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics)
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing complex Google Ads accounts (conversion oriented, e-commerce, awareness) on Google Search & Display Networks
- Minimum 2 years experience with Meta Ads (selecting and using Facebook/ Instagram advertising objectives, targeting audiences, utilizing audience insights, improving performance and delivery)
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 and especially with advanced features like custom reports, advanced segments, analytics remarketing etc
- Exposure to high profile accounts (media spend> β¬300K annually)
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Familiarity with tracking and reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio)
- Analytical mindset with ability to measure, test & refine
- Google Ads Certified (Search, Display, Mobile)
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and analyze conversion, awareness & remarketing campaigns using Google Ads & Meta ads
- Communicate campaign progress and results to the client/stakeholder and manage their feedback
- Work with designers to optimize and test ad creative
- Monitor progress against KPIs (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA) and propose all necessary actions in order to achieve goals
- Use Google Ads Editor to manage complex setups
- Analyze landing pages and propose UI/UX enhancements
- Liaise with web developers to ensure fixes are in place
- Use A/B split testing/tools and conversion optimization techniques
- Set up remarketing lists & conversion tracking
- Create predefined or custom reports depending on stakeholder needs
- Assist the sales team with new business pitches (high level strategy, projections, budget estimates, etc.)
- Stay up to date on the latest industry developments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with other social ad platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok & Pinterest
- Google Tag Manager knowledge
- Experience in Search Engine Optimization
- Basic knowledge of HTML / JS
- Basic design skills
- Experience with industry tools (Majestic, Moz, Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Crazy Egg)
- Facebook Blueprint Certification
- Agency experience
- Google Analytics Certified
