Summary

Join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company, as a remote English-fluent Personal Brand & AI Growth Strategist based in Latin America. You will create high-impact content leveraging AI workflows and sales automation, develop educational materials, and produce engaging content across social platforms. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing funnels, using A/B testing, building and managing AI-focused communities, and converting community engagement into qualified leads. You will need 3–5 years of experience in AI-enabled marketing or personal branding, proven success using AI tools, strong storytelling skills, and experience building funnels and driving social engagement. The role requires high integrity, strong communication skills, and fluency in English. Compensation ranges from $1,500 to $2,000 per month as an independent contractor.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in AI-enabled marketing, RevOps, or personal branding
  • Proven success using AI tools (e.g., GPT, chatbots, lead scoring) to drive revenue
  • Strong storytelling skills: human-centered, educational, and inspiring
  • Social-first content creation: Reels, TikToks, carousels, and long-form posts
  • Experience building funnels and driving social engagement into leads
  • Community management for B2B/tech brands (US market experience is a plus)
  • High integrity, strong communication skills, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • Strategic thinker with solid project management skills; thrives in remote environments

Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact content leveraging deep knowledge of AI workflows and sales automation
  • Develop educational materials: frameworks, case studies, and prompt libraries
  • Produce engaging formats like reels, carousels, and long-form posts across social platforms
  • Design and optimize funnels with clear CTAs (DM templates, landing pages, webinars)
  • Use A/B testing to refine messaging and increase conversion rates
  • Build and manage AI-focused communities (e.g., Slack, LinkedIn); host live Q&As and webinars
  • Convert community engagement into qualified leads
  • Track performance across platforms to identify high-converting content and trends
  • Leverage AI tools for segmentation, lead scoring, and automated outreach
  • Stay current on AI and sales automation trends; share curated insights
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand values while staying outcome-focused

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms like HubSpot AI, Gong, Salesforce Einstein
  • Background in B2B SaaS or tech marketing
  • Track record of growing an executive’s LinkedIn/Instagram into a lead-gen engine

Benefits

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,500 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform
