Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Project Management

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects
• Support project managers in creating and maintaining project documentation
• Help track project milestones, RAID items, budget, and deliverables
• Prepare and update project documentation
• Assist in generating project status reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
• Maintain project records and ensure proper documentation of project changes and updates
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings
• Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks assigned during meetings
• Support the development and implementation of PMO processes and best practices
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to process optimization initiatives
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and management
• Assist in managing project-related communications
• Utilize project management tools and software (Autotask, Celoxis) to support project tracking and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with project management tools (Autotask, Celoxis) is a plus
