Requirements

Responsibilities

• User Feedback and Education: Design and implement processes for collecting user feedback, analyze data to drive product improvements. Organize user education programs to increase product understanding and satisfaction
• Project Management: Monitor project timelines and ensure completion of initiatives on schedule and to a high standard. Apply PMO best practices and tools to enhance project execution efficiency
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technical and marketing teams to ensure project objectives align with corporate strategy
• Research and Reporting: Conduct market and competitor analysis, regularly compile detailed product analytics reports to support strategic decision-making
• Process Optimization: Continually review and enhance product development and maintenance processes
